I think a lot of these old prestige name hotels are resting on their laurels and feel they don't have to update their rooms to compete (the sofa in my room was stained for example..not a huge deal but unexpected for a WA). “We had a big group staying and on the whole we had a wonderful experience. Some of the frustrations were long lines to checking at the front of the hotel, and also one of our rooms was not available until after 5pm, while checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. Also, they provided drink ticket vouchers but the bar staff couldn’t accept them so it was strange. All in all, great location and quality experience.”

“The hotel that was advertised was not the place we stayed, no pool and we were suppose to get a bottle of wine everyday of our stay only got it the first day. I was extremely disappointed there was no pool, that was one of the reasons I chose that property was to relax at pool.”

“We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and...

“The overall quality of the hotel was good. There was plenty of parking, close to a walking trail, stores, and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room wasn't the best but it was good for the one night I stayed. It did have a microwave and refrigerator which was a plus. The shower was very small and the water pressure wasn't that great. The breakfast was also fair”

“Great location, great price, friendly staff, management very accommodating. Property could use some outside benches and chairs around each unit. Pool area limited seating and an alternate seating area adjacent to pool is very small in comparison to size of the property. Breakfast was decent and no fruit was offered. 4 stars basically due to location, staff and overall cost.”
