“Was great unfortunately even though I reserved a corner city view room when I arrive for check-in, I did not get the room I reserved. I wasn’t compensated for not having my room type available. That’s the only unfortunate part. Was able to use the gym in the morning. It was a bit busy.”

“Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The ceiling throughout the bathroom/kitchen area had water damage, which I don't attribute to a cleanliness issue but instead a maintenance issue. The shower water took 4 or 5 minutes to heat up, however it did eventually get hot. Only one of the two elevators worked, and it was pretty slow. Front desk staff never seemed too eager to assist and weren't overly friendly, though certainly not rude. The housekeepers were all very friendly and welcoming!...

“The first times we stayed here it was great. Room good, gym good, food good, staff super helpful, room nice. This time there was hardly anyone in the hotel but they put us in the worst room you could imaging. I will never stay here again. Staff at front and breakfast are very nice but the room could not have been worse. Very disappointed. I was embarrassed with my family since I told them how nice it was previously. Never again.”
