“Great value for a quick stop at a motel-type setup for this roadtripper. Free hot breakfast, staff quick to help and very talkative in a fun way. Basic room but bonus big fridge and super soft king bed. I also regret that all the updated and expensive hotels only have slippery shower stalls, so it was great to have a bath tub after a long drive. Felt safe and although I suspect if there were partiers you might hear them through the walls, my stay was quiet (and short).”

“Very nice room / Apt. Living kitchen combo, nice bedroom with walk in closet , large tv. Large tv in living room. Nice bathroom. Recently renovated. Good parking. Adjacent restaurant was closed on the Tuesday and Wednesday we were there but property was very close to downtown historic area and NP. Conveniently located to everything. Loved our stay and plan to return. ”

“An older hotel that is dire need of an update, or at least sone serious maintenance, the gotel itself is ok for one night but beyond that, forget it. The location is far from great, in the back end of town and with little within walking distance. The staff deserve their own paragraph. I have never experieced a more dour, unhappy bunch of people. Even the breakfast staff were rude and grumpy. The one standout was the lady on reception, who was helpful and had a smile for the guests. My...

“Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again. ”

“The rooms were clean and all of the staff were very friendly (especially Raven at the front desk). The room layout seemed odd with a refrigerator that blocked the light switch and a kitchenette with no table or chairs to eat at. The air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy and the TV channel selection was minimal.”

“We didn’t have the breakfast buffet. It was $15 a person and we ate at a diner downtown instead. The bar was excellent with 20 beers on tap”

“Check in went fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable. Loved the shower. Excellent water pressure. Only 1 tissue in dispenser. Seems to have been there for decoration. Overall very satisfied. Will stay there again if price is right again.”
