“I saw this property reviewed as “quirky” and I would propose a more appropriate description to be that this property is full of character, well loved and thoughtfully appointed, completely unlike most other properties, and comfortable. We would stay here again for sure. ”

“The beds were comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful and the residences present a like-home quality that makes you want to stay longer. The 2 bathrooms were a most welcomed treat. Not having to share a bathroom with my kids while on vacation was so awesome. We loved it and will definitely return. ”

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was nice, & all associates were friendly, especially Twyana (apologizes if misspelled) - she was exceptional and deserves recognition in my opinion. We had to park a little distance away, but we arrived late and that's my only negative. Would definitely stay again”

“My stay here was great! I was alone visiting my boyfriend, and it was easy for me to go pick him up and come back whenever I needed. The room was pretty clean, but it wasn't "perfection." There was some dust buildup and crumbs under the bed and behind the table. I only noticed because I dropped some things and saw it all when I went to retrieve my items. “Our stay at SpringHill was excellent. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast was great! They even have free ice cream from 5pm-8pm daily and Busch Gardens and Water country are only 20 mins driving from the property. Chilis and Ramen time was a 5 minute walk. CVS was a less than a 10 minute drive. Pool was great and clean and so was the gym. Cleaning, front desk and breakfast staff were phenomenal. ”
