“The front desk staff was friendly and our room and the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast staff were excellent always greeted us with a “good morning” and worked diligently to make sure the area was spotless and food was fresh. ”

“Great stay and a very quiet and relaxed upscale property. Staff knew who we were before we arrived and were ready a willing to assist to ensure any specific wants or needs were met. The surrounding forest and lake were large and completely open for exploring. Rooms are huge and incredibly well appointed. Food is 5 star for breakfast, lunch and dinner. ”

“Very clean, smells refreshing and good, the peace and serenity was needed,would of had more peace , but i will definitely do better next time around. Overall, the staff from check-in to check out , they were all Fabulous and the perfect staff to represent YO1. I will be back❤️🙏”

“This place is amazing. If you like being upstate you will love it. The grounds are spectacular, there are a few beautiful ponds and a lake on the preserve. We stayed 3 days and had no reason to leave, everything you need is on the grounds. The room was great, very modern and everything was super comfortable. ”

“Two things completely ruined our experience.
First, we got food poisoning from dinner at the restaurant, which left us unable to eat the next morning and feeling unwell for the rest of the trip.
Second, there is a fire station across the street, and their sirens are extremely loud - enough to wake you up. Worse, the hotel had a fire alarm going off throughout the night. Around 5am, it finally triggered a response from the fire department, waking everyone up.

“When I checked in staff member wasnt very greetable, He was like ok. Then stated my reservation was for 2 queen beds, I said no I chose a King bed room onlone. Then handed me a paper to sign and I heard him say somethings and the last part was was card and card reader said unexpected $125 charge. I assumed in case of damages. Then handed me the keys. I was like ok which way am I going, never been here before. Not a outgoing person. Other then that the room was great and bed was comfortable. ”

Hight notes, beautifully decorated building, beautifal landscape. Fire pits for nighttime comfort. All in all loved every bit of it!!”
