“We pulled up to a very pretty house, big open front deck with porch swing and lovely seating area. Mary greeted us at the door and we got to know each other over a truly sublime homemade carrot cake and conversation around a cozy kitchen table. Her entire home is recently and tastefully renovated, clean and comfortable and we were made to feel right at home. 10 minutes away there was Kauneonga Lake with a small marina and 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner. “Our stay was fine, the hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. The restaurant on site was not open due to it being the 4th of July however after paying what I consider premium rate I would have like to at least know that when checking in.”

“It's a such a beautiful place Mainly for golf seekers. Yet u could enjoy the area around... Foot trail , lake, peace and quiet. Loved it, my friend nurse and I nurse such an escape from reality. 1000 thanks/ God bless you. There is also a great dinner/ roscoe for a breakfast/ so delicious and Italian restaurant/ dont remember the name of it. Richmond's? Beautiful stuff and very good food even though they would say we are not that fancy... lol they were fancy good. I believe resort...

“The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”

“Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Our stay was just ok. Rooms were not ready for 4pm check in and we did not get a room until closer to 6. Finally get in the room and no towels. Had to find a housekeeper that wanted to give us two towels for 3 people. The hotel did their best to make up for it, which was appreciated. Some of the staff was not friendly at all. The check in process was confusing and being my first time there, I wish activities, open eateries, etc were better communicated. Very limited food options and not much...
