Hotel vicino a Cavalier Park - Virginia Beach

“Our hotel room was perfect, and we loved hearing the oceans waves.”

“Great ocean front location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast buffet included was a bonus. They should include parking in the nightly rate though instead of charging $20 extra per night.”

“I did not receive the room that I booked online and was told that I could not have it because I booked through a third party. I was also told that I could not be told what the price difference was. I paid for a more expensive room and was forced to stay in a cheaper room with no refund of funds or anything.”

“room was facing the ocean was great vision !”

“I love the location and the updates. Off-season is quiet and lacking the frenetic atmosphere I don't like. It's a great value and a very nice location.”

“It's a beach hotel, expect sand inside. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a bit worn, but I think that's standard for beach hotels. The staff was more than accommodating. The breakfast was just OK. But we enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect”

“First there was a refundable fee due at check in that I was not made aware of until AFTER I booked. It was refunded without issue. “I stayed for 3 days, took forever to get fresh towels. Our room couldn’t be refreshed because they had too many check- outs. One of the days the internet and phones were off the whole day, I asked for late check out for inconvenience first told me 11:30. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do noon but could do 11:55. Maintenance did no work they sat in empty rooms with the doors open on their phones.”

“Clean room but they were upgrading the 3rd floor & it was noisy early in the morning.”

“Clean and breakfast was good”
