“My room was double booked, i was offered a partial refund for the inconvenience but never received it, the walls were made of paper (you could hear everything from everywhere, the safe did not work, the TV did not work, the housekeeper made up our room but only did half of the room. “My family of four had a wonderful time at the Pelican Reef Villa. Elsa and the bartenders were wonderful. They helped us to arrange everything from transportation to other reservations. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom villa that gave us a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. All the people that we met in Belize were wonderful. The Island was a little expensive for routine purchases, but it could be due to the fact that it is an Island; supply and demand....
