“A room is clean. Staff is good but I don’t see much. A complimentary boat ride between north and south is good and exciting but it can feel a little limiting especially on Wednesdays. If you provided a booklet about the hotel facilities, amenities, activities the way to get north… that would be nicer and kinder.”

“Lovely staff, nice clean rooms, air conditioning worked great. Only thing giving this a 4* is the bed/pillows. I personally did not find the bed very comfortable and I like a thicker pillow. Other than that the place was amazing. Great location. ”

“Super Lage, saubere und große Zimmer. Die zwei Damen an der Rezeption waren leider sehr unfreundlich. Waren total genervt nicht mal ein Lächeln. Dass man nicht vor Check in ins Zimmer kann ok aber man bekommt nicht mal eine Stunde vorher Pool Handtücher. Noch nie erlebt. Zimmermädchen aber sehr nett.”

“They picked us up from the ferry. The place was very clean. They changed the sheets and towels weekly. Very friendly. It would have been nice if they would have supplied drinking water. Would stay there again. Very affordable.”

“From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great. Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort.
