“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “The bar staff and bellhop were the best at this property. Everything and everyone else was subpar. The ladies at the front desk will stay in your business. There’s no respect of privacy or boundaries. The balconies are huge with a nice view but the railing isn’t safe nor is the step going out to the balcony. The fire alarm will go off randomly, so maybe prepare for that. The room is okay though, could use some upgrades, starting simple with pillows and towels.”
