"We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. ..."

"The room floor had been flooded and the vinyl flooring was seeping a dark brown fluid. They were booked so there were no other rooms available. It was so nasty that I did not even use the bathroom or shower. Wish I could get a refund but oh well…will not be using hotels.com ever again."

"Hotel was under renovation, so extremely humid in the building. I would recommend that if it is under renovation, it should be disclosed during booking. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. Thank you."
