Hotel a Ceiba Sur

“Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

“It was beautiful however there was no kitchen. Just a hotplate and a sink. The only shower is outdoors and the bathroom is pretty far from the tents. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to others!”

“The resort is beautiful, clean and the staff very accommodating. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Food options are more limited as all restaurants were not open during our stay and for dinner you needed to make reservations and they were not always available. We had a party of 6 and with food and drinks it became very expensive. Another thing to remember is that tips are included in all food and beverages purchased which was not made clear so it's easy to double tip.”

“Courteous staff and clean and accessible room. Airline noise on several occasions but not excessive. Breakfast was excellent (staff included).”

“This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! “La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Overall we had a great stay. The room was clean and the AC worked well. It took us a little while to figure out how to access our door keys. The host sent the instructions the night before so just be prepared that you won’t get them immediately.”

“Breakfast was always lovely. Nice variety. The room was fresh and clean. The staff was amazing and attentive. The pool was great, the beach is literally across the street. It maybe a walk for seniors however, so worth the visit!”
