“I was very very unhappy that because I booked my room with Expedia, my gold status with Hilton became null and void. Hilton is still getting paid either way! That’s bullsh*t. ”

“The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors.”

“I have stayed at this property a few times in last 2 years. It’s so conveniently close to the college to visit my daughter! It’s not fancy, but comfortable. However, this time the room seemed a lot noisier. It was a choice between a very loud air conditioner, but if you turned it off you could hear everything the people next door said each night. Also the toilet broke and the room didn’t smell fresh. So, I’m going to take a break from this property for a while.”

“This place is beautiful. Room and bed were super comfortable, clean and roomy. The breakfast service was amazing!! Great food and very attentive chef. We have visited twice, and will be back again. ”

“Some of the staff didn’t appear to understand English which made communication difficult. Chairs & wall were splattered with some liquid in the room. Someone threw up on Thursday in a hallway & it was still there Friday night.”

“The location was great. Right off the highway and close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and of course VT. The outside of the property was clean and looked safe. There was construction going on so we could see the materials for it outside but it was quiet. The front desk staff were so nice and polite. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a a turnoff. My room key did not work after 3 tries so they just moved me to a new room. I had other family members checking...

“We stayed here for the pool, so my child could swim, and it was extremely cold. Like too cold to even get in! The hot tub was green and they didn’t have towels stocked in the pool area either. Our coffee pot in the room had a rotten pepper in it. Had the pool and hot tub been warm and clean, the stay would have been perfect.”
