“The hotel allowed music to be blared in the main area until midnight; our whole bed shook from the vibrations. We had to ask teens running through the hallways after 9 pm to stop. Room was set up nicely, but phone didn't work and cleaning not the best--food stuck to ledges and carpet. Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but signs posted that can't take breakfast back to room as they had dealt with extensive waste.”

“The shampoo CONDITIONER CONTAINER, IN THE SHOWER, WAS EMPTY. WE FOUND TWO SMALL SCREWS ON THE CARPET ( probably from the furniture assembly (renovation ?) workers. Luckily, found them without stepping on them with bare feet. Bathroom door (1)didn’t close properly because door frame had too much paint on it; (2) wouldn’t open fully as it contacted the new(?) floor tile ; and the frame was missing a frame silencer. The Expedia reservation stated that we’d have a couch in the room, but we did...

“Room was clean. Duvet was showing some wear and tear, clean but some of the seams were torn. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety and options. Loved the pools and hot tub. Only two plastic cups in the room. Did provide more when asked but should have more stocked in the rooms. This is our third stay there and would return.”

“We stayed for one night and if I’m in the area again I will stay here! Room was clean, the staff were both helpful and friendly.”

“Room was not clean,place had bugs in room. Water did not work and front desk lady traded rooms for the second room to be more awful. The staff was rude to guest. They don't want kids there. Charged extra 100 dollar's. Pictures where of fancy areas. ”

“Check in was quick and simple. The room was a good size and the bed comfy.”

“Bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. It came untucked and rolled up underneath me as I slept. Breakfast was good. However, the breakfast attendant had a bad attitude. She seemed to be annoyed that the waffle batter ran out. She went to refill it. She did not come back during the duration it took my family to eat. She was the same person who was annoyed when asked to help with the ice machine.”
