“The whole hotel had an issue with streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime videos) so we had cable only. Not the end of the world but my child had their heart set on watching a movie. Also, our carpet in our room was wet again. Same as last stay. Not sure what they are using but it is off putting for sure. Otherwise, the stay was just fine. ”

The second rooms were filthy and I spent over an hour to clean and make them livable when I shouldn’t have to. The property also authorized two charges on my card before check in and when I asked why they tried to falsify terms and conditions stating that this is part of their policy since they are “overbooked.” Management is no help. “We had booked two nights (3 rooms) but only stayed one night because we were not happy with the rooms. My room was very small and was a king room. The bathroom was DIRTY. The hand soap dispenser was empty and dirty. The shower was difficult for me to turn on and off. In general, the room was dirty. Would not recommend. They did allow pets which was a good thing. ”
