“The staff at this hotel is beyond excellent! There to help you for anything you need, the rooms were spotless and smelled amazing! The buffet is excellent! The location is perfect. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Santa Cruz in the future. ”

“While there isn't much in the way of 'personality' in this hotel, it is very clean, comfortable and offers a super breakfast. The pool is very small but kids will still have fun there. Staff is friendly but you really don't interact much with staff outside the breakfast room. Strange things: our towels were replaced but the coffee and cups were not replenished.
