“Everything was perfect ”

“Everything was great except for the wifi. I was unable to get it to work on the iPad. I only wanted it at night to use white noise for my child to sleep. Had I known I would have brought a sound machine. Considering how amazing the rest of the hotel was it was a shame that couldn’t work. I would have been ok with this but the hotel staff member gave me a code because she got annoyed I could not find a non-existent button. Then she hung up before I could see if the code worked, which it didn’t....

“Most friendly service I have received! The staff were very kind and helpful. They even gave me a room with a very nice view of the pool. I feel a lot of times booking third party your room selection is limited but not with this hotel. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. There were several restaurants around within walking distance. The pool area was very nice and clean with a food and drink stand. The property was very serene with beautiful scenery in the back by the pool. ...
