“One reservation was missing. 5 rooms rather than 6. One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”

“The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The location is very convenient if you’re planning to visit Disney World—it’s less than 15 minutes from the hotel. If you forget something, no worries—there’s a Walmart right across the street. I will definitely be coming back!”
