“This is a fabulous neighborhood. Fresh Market is only a block away and so are restaurants. Wonderful place to walk and walk your dog. So nice to have lots of room and laundry area. Quite a few stairs in this home. No bathroom on main floor could be a challenge for some. We were thankful to find this oasis in a charming location and were happy with our home away from home!”

“We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and nicely located home in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the Monan Rail Trail. The house, built in 1936, has some squeaks and creaks, adding to its charm. Beautiful deck and fire pit with a big back yard. All four bedrooms were serviceable and the living room and enclosed porch were nice spaces as well. We would recommend and would stay again. Enjoy!”

“A few things I would change: 1. The place had a very strong odor of bug spray. This made me think that there were roaches present, even though I did not see any or see any signs that there was a bug problem. 2. List the address on the site, giving people the opportunity to view the home, both inside and out and the surroundings. 3. Put a door leading down to th basement. This helps keep kids and pets safe from wandering in areas they shouldn't be in. We thought the place was clean, well...

“I think it should be noted that you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms, which was weird and inconvenient for those of us staying in that room. Other than that it was very nice and we would stay again.”
