“First, reading the negative review, I was worried. OMG, when we arrived to check in the guest service workers, were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was facing the mountain view, which was incredible. I had read reviews, so I knew to make reservations for mealtimes we wanted, which worked perfect. “Got snowed in and was forced to book a hotel in the area for the night To my pleasant surprise, the staff was very caring and hospitable. Provided me alternative route directions for the following morning. The room was spacious yet cozy and very well kept. More than what I could say for most hotels. I don't know when, but I will make an effort to stay again sometime in the future. Hopefully under better circumstances however. ”

“This little cottage was pleasant, clean so quite peaceful and so cozy to stay for my first trip to Yosemite. If you also enjoy waking up and seeing wild life in your surroundings like we did then this the place to stay. Luana and Kathleen were very hospitable and I also loved the cookies that Luana had left for us to enjoy. Thank you for having us and our little fur baby. ”
