I was having trouble with my car key fob and the staff up front did everything to help problem solve. From offering to troubleshoot in person with me, locating local dealer and also trying to help me get the fob open to change battery which we never did get into. “We stayed here to attend a concert at U.S. Bank stadium. Perfect walking distance! The room was clean, the decor was charming, and the staff was very nice! We loved the coffee shop for breakfast - great selection and reasonably priced. The only "complaint" would be the recommended parking ramp. It was very complicated to enter in the morning - all the outside doors were locked. $37 to park overnight is a bit pricey. We would stay here again!”

“The front desk mentioned that the breakfast was from 6-11 am and insinuated that it was continental. It was not but we still decided to eat there. The breakfast was the worst food I've ever had. I ordered the pancake which was $13. The waitress never came back to check on us and I needed syrup. She was not great. Very disappointed especially for the price. The hotel room itself was nice and clean. The property was pretty good but the parking was inconvenient. ”
