“We booked a room for two nights at this Best Western because we were told they had a WORKING hot tub. The first night’s stay it was ice cold and the entire pool room was flooded. The second and last night’s stay, the hot tub was operating, but was not even bathtub warm. We were NOT the only guests commenting on its temperature and unclear, murky water. Extremely disappointing and a refund of some kind would be appreciated!”
