“Our puppy was sick in the night and soiled the bed linens. When we reported this to the day manager, expecting to pay some compensation, he said sometimes things like that happen and it would be OK. He was a very nice and understanding man. We insisted so he said $3 would be enough! Human kindness still survives.”
