“Plenty of off street parking near our room. Room was good size. Basic amenities. Breakfast was more than continental. Pancake machine. Cereals, fruit, pastries, muffins, yogurt, bagels, breakfast burrito, coffee, juices. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“This motel was not maintained and the room was not very clean. The carpet was filthy. Dust on the coffee maker. Room did not smell good when we arrived. The heater was on when we arrived, which was unusual because it was warm outside. We were on the second floor and the stairs are an accident waiting to happen. We will not be returning to this motel and do not recommend any one else staying here. There are other hotels to stay at.”

“There are no actual humans working here. You interact with a kiosk from someone who actually cannot help if you have an issue or need anything (like a toothbrush or soap). It felt like bugs were crawling on our skin all night as the rooms were dirty and not maintained. Bedding felt dirty.”

The hotel heavyset gal was nothing but ignorant, rude and unprofessional to say the least. When I contacted Expedia online through the AI bot, they said there was nothing I could do the reservation was unfundable. I think not even giving somebody a credit or let them change.
