“Staff at check-in was awesome! They accommodated a request to be in the main building, and it was much appreciated. The steak place was pretty good, too! The room was perfect except the knob on the bathtub in the room was broken. Other than that, another great stay at the Copper Queen! ”

“Our puppy was sick in the night and soiled the bed linens. When we reported this to the day manager, expecting to pay some compensation, he said sometimes things like that happen and it would be OK. He was a very nice and understanding man. We insisted so he said $3 would be enough! Human kindness still survives.”
