“They allowed me to book a room through Expedia that did not exist (not that they had given it to someone else or double booked - literally structurally they do not have the room that I booked and confirmed). There was no parking available in the lot and they directed us to park across the street in a business lot (which we were told by a local had been a source of contention - we promised to move before the businesses opened to make sure that we did not inconvenience them). “I could not enter the office to check in. There is no manager. I did not stay in the unsightly motel. I never registered or could sign in. Do NOT represent this terrible facility. Advertisement misleading ,fraudulent.”

“All ice machines were broken. I had 2 rooms. The carpet in the rooms had holes in them. The floor in the entry to the room was sticky. It was the nastiest room I’ve been in in a long time. The afternoon staff was not helpful and the front desk person was always outside smoking. The only positive I can think of was the breakfast attendant.I would not recommend this place.”

“Showed up at the Belvada and it was like a ghost hotel. No one at the desk no instructions I looked around and finally a nice couple explained I had to go across the street to a different hotel to check in. Very confusing could have been remedied with some simple communication”
