“When we arived for check in they had to call someone to help us due to a language barrier then we got to the room and our key wasn't working and thenthe guy came over opened our room and took our key and walked away saying their son was on his way so we go in turn on the ac and check the room it is not the room we booked as we booked 2 queen beds and recieved 2 full beds and the beds are stained up and broken and dirty then we looked at the rest and it had a bathroom, a closet and a kitchenette...
