“It’s always nice staying in a historical house in town. The people are super nice and it’s convenient to downtown (not much open on the weekend). The front lobby area is picturesque. Pool looked nice but did not try it. To be fair, it’s a nicely kept historical property with large rooms. It’s not The Plaza. Easy parking. We were very pleased.”

“The place was impeccable. Beautiful horse farm with gorgeous grounds. Lots of treats and snacks available along with wine you could help yourself to. Bath salts for tub and lots of towels provided and dropped off daily. Breakfast was mediocre at best but service was great. Stayed in Landar Room. mattress could probably do with replacing. it was very soft and clearly put its years in.”

“The room was clean, the staff was friendly and inviting, the place had an old victorian feel and not staged. It’s right on the main strip in downtown Gettysburg. Definitely will stay there again.”

“The place was charming. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were horses and other farm animals on the property. Our mattress was a bit on the hard side which we found slightly uncomfortable. We would stay again.”

“This was one of the best places I've stayed. Reasonable price, clean room, and the vouchers at their diner was fantastic. Big parking lot, close to everything. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Beats all the hotels.”
