Hotel a Central Pennsylvania

“Molto carina la sistemazione all'interno dei vagoni del treno. Ben sistemata con due letti queen comodi ed un bagno confortevole. Non c'è molto nei dintorni, obbligatorio muoversi con un auto. Abbiamo usufruito dei pochi servizi presenti nello stesso isolato. Tutti i servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito sono a pagamento e non ci sono agevolazioni per usufruirne se non pagando altri dollari per avere degli sconti (???). Abbiamo fatto colazione poco distante e ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene....

“Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Prezzi da 5 stelle con camere e servizi da 1 stella (ma peggio di un motel dove almeno trovi la colazione inclusa). Struttura vecchia, quasi fatiscente. No ascensore per le camere che non sono al piano terreno (difficolta' per i bagagli). Nel secondo giorno di permanenza (rientrati a tarda sera con la brutta sorpresa che nessuno avesse rifatto la camera). Sconsigliato”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and modernized. Pool and hot tub were open. Breakfast was good with coffee, juices, waffles, cereal, bagels and yogurt among other things. They do a nice job. It's a great spot for bringing the kids, a great value, and we would stay here again. Thanks”
