“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

Honestly a perfect stay in a very impressive building with Holiday season decorations and impeccable room. You have a view over the battlefield during breakfast. Beat the crowd in the summertime and come the weekend before Christmas - you got the entire place with 10 other guests ”
