“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“I reserved a handicap accessible room for three adults where I needed a handicap accessible bathroom. I was in room 116 and the toilet was not handicap height and the doorway was prohibitive for an elderly woman with a walker. Everything in the room felt damp the carpet, the bedding, the chairs we arrived late and there were no vending services for drinks or any kind of snacks. In the morning, we had an early appointment and the only coffee available was three dollar a cup coffee from a machine...
