Appartamenti a Central Phoenix

“The place was clean. I had reserved it with a credit card that had been replaced shortly thereafter so I had to update everything at the site. The host Vince made it quite easy despite my issues. It's a small place but clean and comfortable and well-appointed. I loved it.”

“Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”

“The apartment was EXTREMELY small, the pool and other amenities on the rooftop; especially the furniture were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were visible stains on the pillows and cushions which was very disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying this space during our stay. ALSO, there’s NO parking. The closest most convenient spot is the parking lot across the street which charges you $12/day. Imagine leaving for the day and getting charged...

“Sometimes the thermostat is broken or not working but you have to put in a maintenance order immediately after notice or you will be hot at 81 degrees your entire stay.”

“Excellent clean room with nice view and location. Reasonable parking cost. Would stay again.”

“I loved this property. It's a great building at a great location in downtown. communication from the host was very quick and helpful and I asked a few questions. Room was awesome and roof pool is cool. Will stay here again.”

“Location was great (very walkable) and communication with the very kind host was consistently quick. Even the rainy hunt for the key was fine. The issues started once we got inside. I paid $915 for three nights in a “luxury apartment,” but it was not. The furniture was cheap and worn - the “double sofa bed” was just a piece of fabric stretched over a wooden frame with no padding left. The mattresses were thin (6”?), the shower mat was dingy, the toilet brush had visible remnants from the...

“The Cowboy Club is a must stay if you’re visiting Midtown Phoenix! The room was cozy, clean, and had an aesthetic vibe. Its location was a walkable distance to restaurants, shops, and bars. RaeAnn was communicative with the check in process and had the fridge stocked with waters for us! We had four people and we fit just right!”
