“Purtroppo il mio soggiorno non era degli migliori. Ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo la prima notte (mancava la tenda oscurante, una lampada del comodino non funzionava e polvere sulla testiera del letto) e anche la seconda non era tranquilla (le reti scricchiolavano con ogni movimento). Non forse per il personale della reception avrei dato una stella.”

“Clean, comfy bed, continental breakfast and 5 star staff. Good location to get to/from yhe airport to/from tourist sites (incl Sturgis). Just need grab bars in the slippy bathtubs for older visitors (like me)!”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. Buon punto di appoggio per visitare Mount Rushmore e le altre attrattive della zona...

“very cute , and seems newly renovated, games and pool table in lobby, good breakfast, pool with waterslide (did not use).....staff at check in was great.... Family friendly.......one day, cleaning crew did not leave another bathmat, or washcloths, but we had enough towels anyway, so not a big deal. Next day was updated. The front desk had a bin of extras, too”

“Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful and rooms were very nice. I did have a problem with the accessible bath though. I had back surgery 6 weeks prior and can't bend, twist or lift. I was solo in the room and can't lift my right leg well enough even though there were TONS of grab bars. “I truly wanted to enjoy this stay and give the property the benefit of the doubt and the chance to make things right before writing this review, but here we are. I initially booked this property to be the main highlight of our big family road trip. I have two kids that were excited about the water park. “The elevator made such loud noise once and it felt like it was going to drop off violently. There was another couple in the elevator as well. We both complained and we were told - don’t worry about it ; it is very old. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was pathetic , same bagels, bread, eggs - felt like they had purchased in wholesale and serving the same without shame. The air conditioner was loud during night ; pretty sure they know and did nothing about it.”
