“The Peaceful Cottage was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well appointed. After driving on the I-5 all day, it was a cool respite in the heat on my journey. I really liked the little yard for my dog. I only stayed one night but it is close to Redding and Shasta lake dam which was pretty to see in the evening. There are a few restaurants in Shasta Lake town but many more options in nearby Redding. Overall, it was a very nice night's stay.”

“The property is very close to Sequoia National Park, which is what we wanted. We traveled as a family of five (2 parents, 3 kids), and the space was perfect! The kids loved the loft, and my husband and I had our own room to relax in. Everything we needed was there so we could cook or meals in the morning and evening when we weren't at the National Park.
