“The location is perfect as it’s close to shops and walkable area. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and cute space. Only issue I had was my dog escaped through part of the fence that was not low enough to the ground. Luckily, it isn’t a super busy street so it was okay. Aside from that, it was a perfect space for our little retreat. Will definitely be back again.”

“Our stay was wonderful- beautiful space just outside the national parks. Quiet setting to relax after a day of hiking. We enjoyed sitting outside in the hammock chairs enjoying a coffee and the view. The check in and out communication was clear. We have told all of our friends about the property and will book if we come back again!”

I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there.There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing.”

“The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to...

“Todd’s place is the best place to stay in Clovis. Location perfect, any shops, food or entertainment is all within minutes away. Todd himself is a great host. Any communication, he responds right away. The house itself is cozy and comfy for a family and the kitchen has everything you’re looking for. The place is clean and smells good too. Even has a PAC Man arcade game for the little ones that I enjoyed myself. This was my third time staying here and I will be back again”
