“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

“My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away ”

“We were scheduled to be in this property for a few days as we were under mandatory evacuation orders. We were taken aback as the vintage cottage. The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever. We opted to lose the money we had...

“Exactly as described. The owners did a great job of renovating an old beach motel into a beautifully updated property. Two heated pools, convenient location and the best shower heads make for a really nice weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back!”

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...
