Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. One thing to note is that it’s located near a busy intersection, so traffic noise was noticeable at times. “Proper old Florida home. Great communication. Close to everything we needed. We were in town for an annual paintball event which was close by. We will return next year and stay here without question. Host was very polite we had no problems at all. Don't go barefoot in the back yard there's some sand spurs 😜”

“Nina and Bob were outstanding hosts. I stayed in two of the triplex units that are perfectly maintained with excellent king sized beds, well outfitted kitchens, and comfortable accommodations. The location is wonderful near Main Street in New Port Richey, close to good restaurants, a convenience store, etc., all in walking distance. And, although the location is close to the heart of town, it is very quit and peaceful. I plan to retune next year!”

“The house was great. Very spacious, clean & a perfect location. This house may have issue for some. The second set of stairs is a bit steeper than typical stairs, but they have hand railing. I found no issue but my mother -in-law”
