At checkout when we were asked about our stay, I said everything was fine, but it would have been nice to have the pool available (the main reason I booked this property and not another downtown). The same lady who was supervising our check-in was the one doing our checkout, and she said, “No one informed you when...

“Needs a little bit of updating and the pool wasn’t up and running when we were there. Neither was Jacuzzi and no restaurant lounge advertisement.”

“This is our second stay at the Blennerhassett. We really enjoyed the hospitality at the hotel. The brunch was delicious and we loved the Mimosa flight. This hotel is in a great location and has a very classic vibe to it. We really enjoyed the Speak Easy bar. The bartender was so calm and pleasant. She made amazing drinks! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Parkersburg.”
