“I booked this property after reading all the 10 ratings. That's a joke. Non of the door in the apartment close properly. Dryer was full of wet towels and bedsheets that we need to end up drying separately and folded ourselves. Check in process was very confusing and no one was at the lobby of the property. I definitely would never book this property again.”

“I’ve completed escape rooms that were easier than getting access …. It was to the point where my wife and I were thinking we got scammed. Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information.”

“The ONLY positive is its location. The first red flag was how difficult it was to get the keys to the apartment. With no one on site to assist you, you have to rely on the lackluster directions and poor communication from the host. Eventually we got into the apartment and upon entering, the apartment was 80°F and was decently clean but there were a few flies flying around (found out why very soon) and some crumbs here and there. “Appartamento molto bello, spazioso, pulito. Completo di tutto, cucina e bagno perfetti! È per 2 persone però, noi eravamo in 3 e il letto aggiuntivo era molto piccolo, stretto e corto, adatto ad un bimbo non ad un adulto. Complimenti al personale di Global Stay perché alle mie richieste hanno risposto in modo sempre cortese e veloce! Ottima la possibilità del self check in”
