“We were upgraded to 2 great rooms, staff are great and rooms were clean, love coming here, been a few times.thanks to the hotel.”

“Rooms was very nice especially with the sea view but what mostly stood out was how polite and caring the staff where any problem we had they fixed so a big thank you to them. Upgraded my room for no extra charge twice because we ended up booking another 2 nights there because how much we enjoyed the whole experience will always be the hotel of choice for us when going to Scarborough ”

“Enjoyed our stay, was very dog friendly. Parking is really the only problem we had as it was full outside hotel, the discount code didn't work for the ncp parking also. So was expensive to park there ”

“Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.”

“The room was spotless and well decorated. It was spacious with lots of storage. The bed was large comfortable and linen was changed everyday. The hotel is beautiful with a restaurant, bar, coffee bar and veranda all decorated in a victorian theme. The view across the harbour to the Abbey is breathtaking. The staff are attentive and accomodating, very polite and well presented. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and i would highly recommend that people stay here. ”
