“Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!”

“Just back from a three night stay in this lovely hotel. We chose Palm Court because of its location and its residents car park, this is a covered car park a just round the corner from the main entrance. Check in was quick and simple. Our room (No 31) was very nice, it was on the corner of the building with windows overlooking the front of the hotel and the multi story car park to the side. We had a very comfortable king size bed and the room was spotlessly clean. There was a hospitality tray...

“Top floor room which was adequate for our one night stay to see a band locally. The adjoining Pub was excellent. Our only gripe was there was no hot water at 9 am despite running taps for several minutes. ”

“The property was clean and the communication from the owners was good. However it does need some time spending on getting things sorted. All the beds need new mattresses we had to put all the duvets down to sleep on top of and even brought an air bed due to being so uncomfortable. Some other minor points, the kettle lid was broken and could only be opened by picking from the side (not safe when hot). The curtain rail in the main bedroom was hanging out of the room. We ended up leaving a day...

“Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.”

“Where shall I start, well for beginners I end up on a room that is 3 floors down, floor -3 I have been around the World and stayed in dozens of Hotels from 2 stars to 4 stars but this is the first time I stayed in a Hotel that offers rooms without windows and ventilation 3 floors down from the Ground floor. The room was smelly and dirty, I give a rate of - 3 stars to this Hotel my experience was overall horrible and horrendous.”
