“The apartment was good except the checking in process. We reached out to the property host one day before checking in and the day of arrival, but we got no response at all. We tried several times and finally got the response. It took a hard time. The communication was poor.”

“Called front desk many times at different timings but no one picked up. Hair dryer was not working as well”

“Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled.”

“Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.”

“The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains.”

“Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.”

“Price to value low. 19th floor had a very bad musky and mouldy odour from lift to rooms. Carpet in room had exactly the same smell. There’s an issue with their air conditioning. Breakfast in club lounge is the worst I’ve had. For $200+ SGD, this is not what I expected. It was kind of them to upgrade us from junior suite to suite but you’d expect better from the room.”

“The aircon was really noisy cant sleep at all, the aircon isnt like your home aircon so take note of that, and the room was very running down and dirty, blanket tuck underneath was black and smelly, despite the friendliness of the staffs I will never comeback here again.”
