“Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. “One would need a transport to go around from this property. It is a condominium that is very near the City Square but one is unable to walk there due to the Customs building. The room was clean, though there are some spots which need more cleaning. It was strange that the plates, bowls, forks, spoons and cups are all laid out on the table.
