“Bathroom stopper was not functioning, the bathroom shower water kept filling up the water in the bathtub, it was not working properly and causing water to backup. The check-in was smooth, easy, and the receptionist was very pleasant and easy to work with.”

“The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.”

“Perfect hotel if you get stuck at airport. They have a free shuttle every 30 min that will pick you up and drop you off. Staff was so helpful and kind”

“This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn! It was so nice to find a nice hotel that welcomed dogs of all sizes as well. My golden retriever is a very gentle and well behaved dog but unfortunately it’s hard to find a hotel that allows dogs her size. The Hampton Inn was welcoming and had no issues with her staying with us. A wonderful experience!”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”
