“The staff was professional and kind the room was spacious and pet friendly everything was clean very clean also the amenities where plentiful not stingy with extra everyday needs such as tissue , paper towels and etc. the food was great nothing to complain about this will be my go to every time I go to charlotte”

“Great staff! Great breakfast. Very clean and nice. They also have a score of 100!!”

“Dopo anni di utilizzo di questa struttura, purtroppo la vedo in declino. Colazione scarsa e livello di manutenzione basso”

“Everything was good but the shower curtain rod was broken so water was splashing out of the shower.”

“👍”

“Hotel was clean and smelled good”

“Customer service was great. The rooms/bathrooms were the cleanest in most hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely stay again.”

“Very nice hotel! great customer service and well decorated, I stay just for one night but I could stay longer if had more time.”

“The room was very spacious for sleeping up to 6, a great desk area and we loved the separate toilet and shower. Overall very convenient if you’re planning a trip to carowinds PLUS don’t forget to ask about a parking pass so you don’t have to pay for a parking spot at carowinds. Very clean and the staff was professional and helpful! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast, while there were a good amount of options a lot of the hot food was overcooked or too sweet, I wish there were more...

“Quality attention to detail, ease with checking in and out. Relaxing atmosphere. Overall best stay ive ever had.”
