“We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. ”

Only thing our tent was right under a tree that the fruit bats like so maybe request a tent away from trees. I am sure they are harmless but they flew pretty close to us and the tent and was a bit scary when it was dark lol. And bats peeing and pooping on the tent was a bit gross.
