“We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. ”

“We found the room and amenities clean. We didn’t use the laundry as we didn’t stay long enough. Staff were friendly.”

“Clean room. Helpful reception desk team. However, not sure of the knocking of wood noise in the back of the hotel room on the last night of stay that kept me awake till past midnight. 😇”

“First rate in every way, great location, quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to Metro at a Chinese mall - good food! Staff lovely, room had everything including a cute balcony. Beautiful Vicotrian building.”

“Tent was comfy and close to the amenities, was very quiet when we were there so had no issue with sound from other campers. Only thing our tent was right under a tree that the fruit bats like so maybe request a tent away from trees. I am sure they are harmless but they flew pretty close to us and the tent and was a bit scary when it was dark lol. And bats peeing and pooping on the tent was a bit gross. Kitchen area seemed well equipped and clean, even had a toaster, kettle and microwave ! We...
