“Excellent hotel only complaint and it’s a little thing just no granola or yogurt on the Sunday at breakfast but Saturday was spot on and Sunday still had almost everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends ”

“The listing says free parking on site. In fact the property is down a pedestrian alley with no vehicle access - that said there is ample free off-road parking close by. Given it's location it's very difficult to find, the view of the property on the listing is only visible once you're inside their yard behind a locked gate - I drove up & down several times looking for the property. “This is an affordable hotel for a family short stay, clean, appears to be recently refurbished, located in a muslim neighbourhood near a mosque not far from the city centre. Friendly staff. It doesn't have a parking place but they gave us a spot to leave our car overnight. It is good in general if you are looking for a cheap family room for a night or two.”

“Had such an Exelent time at this hotel Breakfast was amazing there was a pool gym sauna steam room everything you need at your fingertips so I’m coming back near end off febuary staff were just amazing came with family coming back with Family so nice people come to this hotel so looking forward to coming back”

“Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.”

“Car park full of rubbish. Got to check in desk needed photo id which never knew about and also had to leave cash refundable charge incase you made any damage to the room. Entrance door has no lock or anything so was just open all the time. Lift out of order. Room nothing like pictures. Had a connecting door to room next door which wasnt very secure so we had to move furniture in front of it. Very in need of redecorating. Marks on walls, holes in carpet. No full length mirror but screws...

“As regular customers of Dakota Leeds, Manchester and Edinburgh we had been looking forward to staying at Dakota Newcastle to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately the room we booked didn’t live up to expectations with flat lumpy pillows and a broken curtain that wouldn’t close fully, letting light into the room from 6.40am which woke us up early and meant we didn’t get the relaxing lie in we had hoped for whilst away.
