“I left early and forgoed breakfast, Rooms are good , only issue was a person or persons coming in late and banging car doors and slamming doors in unit. No respect but not owners responsibility, it's people with no respect ”

“I think it was all an engineering issue. Entering the hotel, the lobby was un-airconditioned which made checking in a sweaty , uncomfortable affair. Apparently the engineering team switches that off as energy saving. Entering the room, 2 essential light bulbs were broken, the entry hall and the bathroom. Finally, the air-conditioning was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. Dirty filters and small outlets. It was convenient but I would never choose it again.”

“Clean room. Great location. Had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic as we had a late check in. Very helpful when my child got sick and we needed the hospital and a bit for time in our room. Highly recommend for your stay in Mackay. Easy access to everything. ”

“Molto più di quello che ci si aspetta in un motel : frigorifero, microonde, stoviglie, kettle con tè, caffè e anche i biscotti. Pulizia perfetta, sul retro delle stanze un prato curato con palme, piante, piscina e BBQ. Accoglienza gentilissima e tanti consigli su ristoranti e cosa vedere nella cittadina.”

“Entrance to the motel was step so if you have a small car use the driveway to the left as you won't scrape you car. Watch the awning roof height as my roof rack 2m high almost touch the structure. ”

“Room was quite adequate, however starting to get worn. Nothing around close for a coffee. I’m not big on instant coffee which is what’s offered.”
