“Il problema di questo hotel è il personale. Arrivati siamo stati accolti come fossimo un peso. Saliti in camera abbiamo trovato stoviglie sporche davanti alla porta e mancavano le lenzuola del secondo letto. La mattina seguente nonostante informato l'addetto le stoviglie stavano ancora là. Si scopre che lo shuttle dell'albergo lavora a singhiozzo ma nessuno si premura di dirti che gli orari sono ridotti e che al weekend non lo forniscono. Colazione assai scadente. Mancava una mattina persino...

“I booked the room then when I got there about half an hour later they said they didn’t have any reservations. I showed her the confirmation and the paid receipt and she just told me that I had to wait. I already paid online. So I waited an hour and a half for them to give me a key. I got no apology. Then it was checkout time and I was running a little behind because of the late check in and the cleaning lady was very rude I took all my bags out of the room and put them outside the door. I...

“First issue... I had to yell to get attention from back room when I walked in both times. Run by young Indian guy. They were supposed to pre-auth only $50. They did $57.50. Told he never saw that before and it would all be released right after checkout. 5 days later, still not released. Price for the room should have been adjusted through Expedia... my receipt is for less than what I was charged Wasn't fixed. Trying to scam extra money. This room was absolutely 100% misrepresented by photos...

“Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. ”
