“The room was clean. The staff was nice. I didn't have hotel breakfast. The air conditioner was sufficient. ”

“There were dead flies in the window and when I went to retrieve dishes out of the dishwasher, a bunch of roaches and bugs started scrambling from in the the counter. I requested to have my money refunded after I called the manager up to the room from the first time when the dead flies were in the window.”
