“Very happy with the serviced apartments, great little spot within the free tram zone and close to shops and food.
Was even allowed to check in early. Being able to pay for parking with the hotel also alleviated any worries I had about how much I would need to pay.”

“Loved the spaciousness of the studio room. Clean, modern, very close to Spencer St DFO and skybus.
We arrived very early from international flight so asked to leave luggage prior to check in but a room was available for immediate check in. Very appreciative for that.
It will be our first choice accommodation in future.”

“Aside from the apartments being very clean, and quiet, after returning to the apartment, i went in the wrong entrance, as much as i panicked initially, someone from another apartment allowed me to use their mobile phone to call the night desk. Who promptly came to my assistance and put me in the right direction. Thankyou, ive stayed in these apartments before, and found the service and cleanliness exceptional. ”

"L arredamento era vecchio e non funzionante, lela maniglia della porta del bagno era lenta quasi veniva via, il bagno era con una tenda, per niente comoda. Unica cosa positiva era la posizione, centralissima."

Chiedo gentilmente a quale ora avrò disponibilità camera, mi rispondono scocciati che fino alle 14 non avrò la camera. Faccio un giro per fare colazione, ritorno verso le 12. Mi siedo e vedo che ad altri clienti le camere vengono assegnate. Lascio perdere. La camera assegnatami, non è da 4 stelle, nessuna finestra, un bagno squallido. Non c'era acqua per bere, ho dovuto acquistare delle bottiglie al 7 eleven. Un 4 stelle tiene conto dei clienti, dando almeno acqua. Poi lo stile e assenza di finestre mi hanno lasciato interdetto. Avessi saputo non avrei prenotato li. Forse 3 stelle andrebbero bene. Sicuramente, non lo consiglio e in caso non ci tornerò. "
